For a number of years I have suffered from sinus and ear infections. I would go to the doctor who would prescribe antibiotics, predisone shots and a few months later, I am back in the doctor's office with the same symptoms and prescribed medications. I have made the rounds of various doctors: allergists (seen 3 different), Ear, Nose & Throat in Los Alamitos, etc. My current doctor, Dr. Kim Loomis, after examining me suggested that I see a ENT Specialist to resolve my ongoing issues. She said find the best specialist in Southern California and make an appointment.
Our research brought us to Dr. Farhad Sigari in Marina Del Rey. Yes, it is 30 miles from Rossmoor but if you review his patient's recommendations, you will pay the gas and make the time. My first appointment Dr. Sigari performed a complete exam using a nasal passage microscope. He should me the problems of my nasal passage on a computer screen. He recommended surgery as I only had a 50 percent capacity to breathe. On Saturday, Dr. Sigari performed a 45 minute surgery. He called me later that evening and again on Sunday to see how I was progressing. I was in his office on Tuesday and was thrilled to tell him I could breathe for the first time in many years. I also told him ecstatically that "He Walked On Water!" This is not a paid advertisement but a desperate woman who finally can breathe statement.
