Our little dog, Gracie, got very ill over the weekend when our regular vet was closed.  Our vet had given us a flyer about this clinic -- they are very new in this area and building their clientele, and are affiliated with a long established clinic in Torrance.  We were very impressed -- they have all the emergency equipment and expertise, 5-6 doctors on staff.  Our doctor was Dr. Shone and she was wonderful -- very caring and very knowledgeable, as were all the techs and the receptionist.  The facility was squeaky clean.

They took great care of Gracie and did just what they thought she needed -- did not try to talk us into unnecessary expensive procedures and were very informative.  Our bill was pretty reasonable as emergency clinics go. They are open when regular vets are not -- evenings, holidays, weekends, etc.  All in all, they did a great job and we will definitely be using them as our new emergency clinic from now on.  We highly recommend them to anyone in crisis with their pet -- and they are so close to Rossmoor -- it only took about 10 minutes to get there.

They were the BEST ever. I will never go to a VCA. The first time I went to OC Emergency, they actually gave me a refund because they didn't need all the tests that they originally estimated. Recommendation:

Our experience at ALL Care Animal in Fountain Valley with our schnauzer yesterday for a digestive problem was a great one, considering the circumstances - Very caring, efficient staff, great treatment etc. I highly recommend them - - Still don't have a complete answer yet but have our suspicions - more on that when we get test results, but so far he is doing much better and at least we have some answers. More to follow and again thank you for all you guys do.
